When you contact us
When you call, write or contact us via LinkedIn, we process the information you give us – typically name, phone number, email address, company and job title, as well as information about your lease, your property or your enquiry.
We use the information to answer your enquiry and, if we enter into an engagement, to deliver the advice and invoice for it.
If you write via the contact form on the website, your details (name, email and any other information you fill in) are forwarded to our email via the service Web3Forms, which processes them as a data processor on our behalf. The enquiry is then handled like an ordinary email.
Legal basis: The processing is necessary to enter into or perform an agreement with you or the company you represent (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and is based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep accounting records to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Article 6(1)(c)).
When you visit the website
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. As part of operating the site, Vercel automatically records technical information in server logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit. The information is used to deliver the website and protect it against misuse, and is only kept for a limited period.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in running a secure and stable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts and images are served from our own server. If you click a link to LinkedIn, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.
Cookies and statistics (Google Analytics)
If you consent, we use Google Analytics from Google Ireland Limited to produce statistics on how the website is used – for example which pages are visited and for how long, how you arrived at the site, what type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (country and city). The statistics are used to improve the website and our marketing. We do not use the information to identify you personally.
Google Analytics is only loaded once you have chosen "Accept statistics" in the cookie banner. If you decline, no statistics cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
Legal basis: Your consent, cf. the Danish Cookie Order and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months. Google may process the data in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers take place on this basis and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Read more in Google's privacy policy.

Who has access to the information
We do not sell or pass on your information to others for marketing purposes. We use suppliers that process information on our behalf as data processors – for example for website hosting, email and IT operations, and accounting. They may only use the information according to our instructions.
Vercel Inc. is headquartered in the USA. Transfers of information to the USA take place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. If you consent to statistics, Google processes the information as described above.
How long we keep the information
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact.
- Information about clients and assignments is kept for as long as the engagement lasts, and thereafter for as long as necessary to document the advice – as a rule no more than 5 years.
- Accounting records are kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which they relate, cf. the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right:
- to access the information we process about you
- to have incorrect information rectified

- to have the processing restricted
- to object to processing based on our legitimate interest
- to receive information you have given us in a common machine-readable format (data portability)
